Mr. Axel Svenson stated purpose is to maintain alignment of floats and to perform wave attenuation and shore protection. The project site is located within Section 12, T. 74 S., R. 89 E., Copper River Meridian; USGS Quad Map AK-Ketchikan; Latitude 55.4744º N., Longitude 131.8083º W.; in Ketchikan, Alaska. Place two dolphins, each containing three (3) 24-inch diameter galvanized steel piles; place a 200-foot long by 16-inch diameter boom breakwater, held in place with four (4) 500 pound anchors; and place a 14-foot by 10-foot steel ramp landing. Place breakwater boom in front of existing dock, ramp and floats to aid in wave attenuation and shore protection.
