The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers North Dakota Regulatory Office is holding a workshop for the general public to provide information on the Regulatory Program. The workshop is open to all interested parties including the regulated public, consultants, environmental organizations, and Federal, state and local agencies. The workshop will focus on the permitting process with an emphasis on compliance with Section 7 of the Endangered Species Act, Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act and the Corps Section 408 process. North Dakota Project Managers will be presenting, and staff will be present to answer questions. There is no charge for the workshop, but space is limited to 40 people.

McQueary, ND State Program Manager, patricia.l.mcqueary@usace.army.mil or at CENWO-OD-RND@usace.army.mil with the subject line reading “Regulatory Program Workshop” and your name, organization name, email and telephone number in the body of the message.
