The applicant proposes to discharge fill material into wetlands for an electric substation, right-of-way for overhead transmission lines and an access road.

Public Notice Project Plans Draft Mitigation Plan PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant proposes to discharge approximately 7,384 cubic yards of material into 4.449 acres of palustrine scrub shrub (PSS) wetlands and 0.128 acre of palustrine emergent (PEM) wetlands. The project proposes to temporarily discharge fill material into 2.354 acres of PEM wetlands. This project will permanently convert 5.613 acres of PSS wetlands to PEM wetlands. These impacts are proposed for the construction of an electric substation, a 1,600 linear foot long, 225 linear foot wide right of way for two overhead transmission lines, and a 1.1 mile long access road.
