On March 19, 2012, the Albuquerque District Army Corps of Engineers published a public notice advertising the issuance of the 2012 nationwide permits and the Colorado Regional Conditions. This public notice identifies corrections to the Colorado Regional Conditions as listed in that notice.

2012 Nationwide Permit Correction to the Regional Conditions for Colorado Issue Date: April 5, 2012 On March 19, 2012, the Albuquerque District Army Corps of Engineers published a public notice advertising the issuance of the 2012 nationwide permits and the Colorado Regional Conditions. This public notice identifies corrections to the Colorado Regional Conditions as listed in that notice. Corrections In the Public Notice of March 19, 2012, the following corrections are made: On page 6, Column 2, correct the title of Regional Condition 5 to read as follows, “Nationwide Permit No. 27 Aquatic Habitat Restoration, Establishment, and Enhancement Activities.” On Page 6, Column 2, correct the title of Regional Condition 6 to read as follows, “Nationwide Permits No’s 29 and 39; Residential Developments and Commercial and Institutional Developments.” On Page 11, Column 1, under the heading “Gold Medal Waters,” amend the first paragraph to read as follows: “The following list of important spawning areas has been defined as Gold Medal Waters by the State of Colorado. As a reminder, according to RC 7 above, PCN is required for all proposed nationwide permit activities in these waters; consultation with CPW must be conducted in accordance with the timeframes established in GC 31.” On Page 11, Column 1, after the first full paragraph under the heading “Gold Medal Waters,” add the following paragraph: “NOTE: This list of Gold Medal Waters is subject to change. For the most current list, please refer to the Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) Colorado Fishing Brochure available on the CPW website (http://wildlife.state.co.us/) or contact any CPW or Corps office in Colorado.” Other minor changes to the regional conditions include spelling and grammatical corrections to a number of sections of the document and its attachments. A copy of the final regional conditions was posted to the Albuquerque District website on April 2, 2012.
