Full Public Notice Project Plans PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant proposes to create an artificial reef in the Gulf of Mexico, in OCS Block MU-870. Obsolete oil and gas production structures, obsolete or surplus vessels and other approved artificial reef materials will be placed within the confines of a designated 1320-foot by 1320-foot area. A minimum clearance of 85 feet, at mean low water, will be maintained above each structure.
