Full Public NoticeProject Plans The applicant proposes to construct a 2,446-linear-foot roadway connecting the existing Phase 1 section to its terminus just west of North Eldridge Parkway and the associated drainage infrastructure. The roadway construction will result in the discharge fill material into 0.03 acre of non-wetland waters (Old Langham Creek). The associated drainage infrastructure will result in placement of 29 cubic yards of 6-inch concrete revetment within approximately 32 linear feet (0.04 acre) of Langham Creek. The total impact to jurisdictional waters of the U.S. is approximately 0.07 acres. The roadway will free span the existing Langham Creek and will include construction of two 24-inch-diameter steel water lines, a 20-inch-diameter force main installed via HDD, a 54-inch-diameter corrugated metal pipe, and a 54-inch-diameter storm drain.
