The unauthorized activities include the discharge of fill material info 0.068 acre of wetland. The applicant proposes to discharge 1,720 cubic yards of fill material into two separate wetlands totaling 0.71 acre to grade the site to suitable elevations. The combined impacts, retained and proposed, will equal 0.778 acre.
