The applicant, Thomas Sheridan, has applied for a 10-year maintenance dredging Department of the Army permit. The applicant proposes to conduct hydraulic maintenance dredging of approximately 130 cubic yards of accumulated sediment to a depth of -5’ mean low water from a single boat slip, totaling approximately 1,400 square feet to maintain navigable water depths at Tax Map Parcel 3-35-4.19-84.01, located adjacent to the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal at 358 Pilottown Road, Lewes, Sussex County, Delaware and utilizing the existing confined upland disposal site at the western end of Anglers Road for dredged spoils. The dimensions of the project are indicated on the attached plans identified as E-1 through E-4.
