WORK: Clear, grub and grade approximately 40 acres
to construct a residential subdivision.
Approximately 1,232 cubic yards of native soil, 360 cubic yards of
concrete and 933 cubic yards of asphalt will be deposited during construction. Approximately 680 feet of “other waters” will be modified
and approximately 3.62 acres of unavoidable wetland impacts will be compensated
for through the purchase of credits from an approved mitigation bank.
