the Corps is preparing an Environmental Assessment in support of the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks’ request for a
waiver of certain conditions of the Special Events Policy (Appendix A-5 of the
Sepulveda Dam Basin Master Plan, 2011) in order to hold a Special Event,
AngelFest, in the Sepulveda Dam Basin in October 2017.
