Navigability Determination for Salmon River: Effective immediately, the Salmon River from its confluence with the Snake River (River Mile 0) to near the City of Salmon, Idaho (River Mile 259) is considered to be a navigable water of the United States under Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act.

Navigability Determination for Salmon River - 6/3/2016: Effective immediately, the Salmon River from its confluence with the Snake River (River Mile 0) to near the City of Salmon, Idaho (River Mile 259) is considered to be a navigable water of the United States under Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act. Therefore, this water is now subject to Section 10 jurisdiction and work in this water will require at least a Section 10 permit, and possibly a Section 404 of the Clean Water Act permit.
